SHIPPING COST
For orders placed internationally, we are pleased to offer shipping fees of $28 for ASIA Standard Shipping, and $50 for USA/EU Standard Shipping. ASIA International orders over $300 include free shipping.
(For bedding, shipping costs may add at least $50 to $80 depending on weight.)
We aim to provide the most affordable rate to everyone all over the world! All shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and is calculated either by actual weight or volumetric weight.
The cost for heavy and bulky items can be really exorbitant. You may use a forwarder or contact us hello@rhythm-friends.com and we can try to work a way for you!
COURIER SERVICES
We use DHL eCommerce/Express, UPS worldwide saver, Aramax, SF Express and Speedpost. All shipping methods comes with tracking.
All orders are charged in USD, all prices listed on the RHYTHM & FRIENDS online store are listed in USD. international deliveries will be delivered within 12-20 days, unless the package is held up in customs.
TRANSIT TIME
The transit time for each destination country will be displayed at checkout along with the shipping cost.
Most of our parcel deliver within the given transit time. However, some delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, festive season, unforeseeable natural disaster and local postal service.

TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES
We ship delivery duties unpaid (DDU), therefore any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information on these prices, so you are not surprised by additional charges.
